Paint and Acid used to Vandalize Recruiting Center after Columbus Day

"On the night after Columbus Day 2008 we vandalized eleven windows at the Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marine Recruiting Center in Santa Cruz County with a paint and acid mix. The U.S. government has always waged a war of extermination against land-based ways of life in order to impose capitalist exploitation of the earth and its peoples. For 516 years they and their predecessors have been met with resistance. Neither law enforcement nor the military can ever defeat our struggle. To the land and all indigenous peoples devestated by the U.S. government: we apologize for leaving this building standing." A radio station in DC also read the statement aloud on air: http://www.indybay.org/uploads/2008/10/16/recruiter_trashed_santa_cruz_o13.mp3 "In solidarity with the brave warriors who "celebrated" KKKolombus day with an assault on a recruiter, WSQT Guerrilla Radio read out their communique on the air, set to stirring music from the Lord of the Rings scene where the Elves arrive in Helm's Deep." Also, its interesting to read the discussions and comments left to accompany the report...here are some good examples of how these terror-esque actions are received by others in the "indie" community. It just goes to show you who we are dealing with!
